Raja Prabhu J has extensive experience in the field of semiconductor engineering, currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at Aura Semiconductor since January 2011, specializing in high-performance timing products. Previous roles at Aura include Principal Engineer and Senior Member of Technical Staff, focusing on high-performance crystal oscillators, frequency synthesizers, and jitter attenuators. Prior to Aura, Raja held positions as a Senior Analog Design Engineer at ST-Ericsson, where contributions included high-voltage tolerant battery chargers and audio front-end circuits, and as an Analog Design Engineer at NXP Semiconductors, developing a filterless Class-D amplifier. Raja Prabhu J earned a Master of Technology (MTech) in Microelectronics and VLSI Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy.
