Juan Arteaga Crawford is an experienced professional with a strong background in maintenance management and engineering. Currently serving as an Inspector at AUMUND GROUP since May 2021, Juan also operates independently as an Asesor Mantenimiento Plantas Industriales. Previously, Juan held the position of Maintenance Manager at Cemex Panamá, where responsibilities included defining maintenance strategies and managing the availability of equipment and materials. With a long tenure at Cemex Colombia, Juan progressed through roles such as Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator, Supervisor, Predictive Maintenance Engineer, Quarry Leader, and Plant Engineer, focusing on budget control, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement projects. Juan holds a Master's in Energy Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey and has completed specialist and engineering degrees from other reputable institutions.
