Nicholas Randazzo is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as a Demi Chef de rang at Augustus Hotel Resort since May 2022. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked as a Cameriere at Sale sciocco from April 2018 to April 2022 and at Pepe nero pietrasanta from April 2017 to April 2018. Nicholas is also advancing academic credentials, pursuing a 3° livello sommelier degree at Associazione italiana sommelier, set to complete in December 2023, alongside working towards a Middle School Diploma at Scuola media since November 2022.
