Sebastien Gautier is an experienced executive in business development and management within the beauty and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director EMEA at Augustinus Bader since April 2024, Sebastien has previously held significant roles, including Asia Director of Business Development at Orlane, where strategic sales and marketing initiatives were implemented for Asian markets. Prior to that, Sebastien was a Senior Partner at Xperts Council, leading the Senior Advisory and Board Member Practice, and served as an External Consultant for Collistar, focusing on market entry strategies. Sebastien brings extensive experience from a long tenure at Sisley Paris, where responsibilities included General Manager for Belgium-Luxembourg and Area Director for Europe, establishing affiliates in the UAE and South Africa. Early career positions included international sales management roles at Guy Laroche and Sonia Rykiel, along with a supply chain assistant manager position at The Coca-Cola Company. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from IPAG Business School and study exchanges at Fachhochschule Wiesbaden and the University of Greenwich.
