Danyele Homer

Head Of Customer Experience at August Health

Danyele Homer has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2013, they worked at Starbucks as a Hiring Manager and Student Manager until 2017. From 2015 to 2017, they also held research assistant roles at Boston University Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders and Boston University Developing Minds Lab. In 2015, Danyele became a Yoga Teacher and Studio Experience Team Coordinator at CorePower Yoga until 2017. In 2017, they joined Epic and held various roles, including Application Coordinator, Application Manager, Install Success Lead, and Director of Customer Success, Population Health. Danyele continued with Epic until 2022, working in roles such as Team Lead and Continuing Care Operations Lead, Implementation Director, Population Health, and Director of Customer Success, Population Health. In 2022, Danyele began teaching yoga at Inner Fire Yoga and Dragonfly Hot Yoga. Later that year, they became the Director of Operations at Pear Suite, where they oversaw the development of go-to-market strategies and established the customer success function. In 2023, Danyele joined CorePower Yoga as a Yoga Teacher and became the Head of Customer Experience at August Health.

Danyele Homer holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Health Equity from the Boston University School of Public Health, which they completed in 2024. Danyele also achieved a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology with Magna Cum Laude and received the Psychology Research Award from Boston University in 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Danyele obtained a Yoga Teacher Certification from Yoga Alliance in 2016 and has a Barista One certification from Barista Hustle.
