Caleb Hardison is an Analyst at Augur Consulting Inc since July 2022, focusing on logical scheduling analysis for various programs and projects. Prior experience includes serving as a Group Engineer at Schaeffler from June 2020 to July 2022, where an entrepreneurial mindset was utilized to initiate tasks in time, logistics, and cost savings, while also taking on the role of Production Leader. As a Lean Facilitator at Clemson Computing and Information Technology from September 2019 to March 2020, Caleb assisted in the implementation of Lean principles. Additional roles include Seasonal Room Service Coordinator at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in 2019 and Seasonal Administrative Assistant at Edgewood Management from June 2018 to January 2019. Earlier, Caleb interned at Schaeffler from June 2015 to August 2017, contributing to various departments in a manufacturing setting. Caleb Hardison holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, completed in 2020.
