Mbula Nemadzivhanani is an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager at the Auditor-General of South Africa since November 2021. Previously, Mbula served in various capacities including Executive: Human Capital Management and Head of Human Resources at Working on Fire (South Africa), as well as Product Owner: HR & Payroll at Sebata Municipal Solutions. Additional roles include HR Manager and Systems Administrator at Ethekwini Municipality and HR Information Systems Specialist at Independent Development Trust. Mbula began the professional journey as an HR Consultant at HR Focus Holdings (Pty) Ltd and has foundational experience as a Trainee HR Consultant at De Beers. Academically, Mbula holds a Master of Technology in Operations Management and Human Resources Management from the University of Johannesburg, alongside various leadership and management development certifications from both the University of Pretoria and the University of Venda for Science and Technology.
