Geoff Roberts serves as the Health Safety and Wellbeing Senior Officer at Audit Wales since November 2015, focusing on a variety of risk assessments and supporting health and wellbeing initiatives. In conjunction with this role, Geoff has been the Lead Project Manager for both the Time to Change Wales "Pledge" and the Bronze Corporate Health Standard, emphasizing mental health awareness and promoting workplace wellbeing. Previous experience includes a 18-year tenure at South Wales Police where responsibilities ranged from Police Officer to Detective Sergeant, along with leadership roles in logistics, equality, procurement, and health and safety. Geoff's educational background includes certifications in health and safety management and ongoing training in various health-related programs.
