Taylor Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Most recently, Taylor worked as a National Channel Account Manager at AudioCodes. Prior to that, Taylor served as a Solutions Architect at Perficient and as the Dallas Market Leader at SoftwareONE. Earlier in their career, Taylor held the position of Director of Customer Success at Qotient and various roles at SoftwareONE, including North America Services Success Manager Leader, Solution Specialist Team Lead, and Solution Specialist.

Before joining SoftwareONE, Taylor worked at Enabling Technologies, an eGroup company, where they held the position of Director of Change Management and later as a Project Manager. Additionally, Taylor has experience working as a Resource Manager and Vice President of Business Development and Systems Engineering at Eastman Technologies.

Prior to that, Taylor worked as a Business Development Consultant at Coffey Communications, Inc., a Design Specialist at Telcom Solutions Inc., and as a Global Accounts Representative at Avaya, where they supported major accounts such as General Electric, ATT, Ford, and Walmart.

Throughout their career, Taylor has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in change management, customer success, and technology solutions. They have successfully implemented implementation and customer success plans, developed and led teams, and increased revenue for consecutive years. Taylor has also been involved in pre-sales engineering, project management, and consultative leadership for clients.

Taylor Anderson attended the University of Idaho from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications. In addition to their formal education, Taylor has acquired several certifications. In May 2023, they obtained the Microsoft Teams Rooms Solution Sales Professional 2023 Exam certification and the Microsoft Teams Rooms Technical Solutions Professional Exam Badge certification, both from Microsoft. They also obtained the Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2022.
