Tal Kaldes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2019 to the present, they worked at AudioCodes, where they were responsible for managing the full order process cycle and large-scale projects. Tal interacted with internal stakeholders from various departments. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they worked at Kornit Digital as the Shipping and Logistics Coordinator, overseeing the entire shipping process and resolving any discrepancies. From 2010 to 2018, Tal worked at Lufthansa Cargo, handling the capacities and bookings for cargo shipments exported from Israel and maintaining correspondence with Lufthansa stations worldwide. From 2007 to 2010, they were at ICL Intelligent Logistics, where they managed air export and courier shipments, providing tailored solutions for crucial shipments. Tal started their career at DHL Worldwide Express from 2004 to 2007 as a Customer Service and Export Tracing Agent, conducting proactive follow-up of export shipments and maintaining communication with various DHL stations. Before that, from 2002 to 2004, they worked at Maman as an Export Cargo Security Agent, and from 2001 to 2002, they worked at EL AL Israel Airlines in the same role.
Tal Kaldes completed an International Freight Forwarding Diploma at the Tel Aviv Chamber of Commerce from 2008 to 2009.
