Andrew Tsao joined Audible in 2018 as SVP of Data Science and became EVP, Head of Data Science and Insights, in 2021 before becoming Chief Product and Analytics Officer in 2022. He is responsible for setting the vision and strategic priorities for Audible's product, science, analytics, research, insights, economics and data talent. Prior to Audible, Andy held a variety of leadership roles directing strategy, analytics, and data teams at Hotels.com, Expedia, and American Airlines. He has an MBA from The University of Texas, Austin, and a Biochemistry degree from Western Washington University.
