Abhinav Mathur joined Audible in 2014 after holding leadership roles across technology and financial services at Staples and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. He has broad experience in business strategy and optimization, and a passion for community development. In addition to heading up the Global Center for Urban Development, focused on creating an equitable future for our communities, Abhinav oversees Audible’s Customer Care, responsible for delivering best-in-class service and ensuring customers remain at the center of every business decision. He is a Six Sigma black belt and a graduate of the University of Sydney.
