Lydia Dietrich is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and people development. Currently serving as a People Development Manager at audibene since July 2019, Lydia contributes to one of the fastest-growing audiology care companies. Prior to this role, Lydia held an HR Strategy position at Transdev GmbH, Germany's largest private mobility provider, and worked in HR Training Operations at KPMG Deutschland, where responsibilities included seminar organization and employee support. Earlier experience includes a role in Visitor Support at Deutscher Bundestag. Lydia holds a Master of Science in Business Psychology, focusing on Personnel and Organizational Development, from BSP Business & Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Psychology and Business Psychology from HMKW University of Applied Sciences.
