Natalia Henclova is an HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management across various industries. Currently serving as HR Manager for Europe at Audia since March 2023, Natalia's previous roles include Group HR Director at TUBEX Aluminium Tubes, where responsibility encompassed developing HR initiatives aligned with global business goals, and Senior Manager of Training Development at Ensana Health Spa Hotels, focusing on learning and development effectiveness. With earlier positions at Peikko Slovakia, ZF Group, and Samsung Electronics, Natalia has demonstrated expertise in talent management, performance management, and employee relations. Natalia holds an MBA from the Oxford Business Education Institute and a Master’s Degree from the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Slovakia.
