Maximilian Graf is a Development Engineer specializing in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing for Formula 1 power units at Audi Formula Racing GmbH since January 2023. Their expertise includes building and automating HiL environments, creating model interfaces and automation scripts, and managing hardware setups and testing tools. Prior to this role, Maximilian worked at Audi Sport GmbH focusing on HiL and Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) testing for various racing projects from December 2021 to January 2023. Their experience also includes high voltage battery testing and development at AUDI AG, where Maximilian contributed to thermal, electrical, and mechanical testing, as well as project management. Maximilian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Electric Mobility from Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt and completed an apprenticeship as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician.
