Nicole Blazie, SHRM-SCP, has had a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and positions within human resources. Nicole currently holds the position of Director of People + Culture at Audacity Health since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Fishawack Health from 2015 to 2021, where they played a crucial role in the integration of different acquired entities. Before Fishawack Health, Nicole was the Director of Human Resources at Search Optics from 2008 to 2015, where they single-handedly built the HR department and oversaw various functions such as benefits administration, employee relations, and recruitment. Nicole started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Sunrise Management in 2007 and later worked as a Division Director at Robert Half International from 2004 to 2007. Nicole's work experience showcases their skills in leadership, HR policy development, employee relations, and talent acquisition.

Nicole Blazie, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Towson University. Nicole has also obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
