Raj Vardhan is an experienced professional with a strong background in agriculture and agribusiness. Currently serving as an Independent Director at Mcleod Russel India Limited since August 2019, Raj Vardhan provides strategic advice to the management of the world's largest tea plantation company. Additionally, Raj Vardhan is an Agricultural Consultant at Auctus Advisors, assisting with agriculture-based projects since January 2021, and has been the Past President of IFAMA, a global organization focused on agriculture and agribusiness, since October 2012. Formerly, Raj Vardhan held various leadership roles at Olam from November 1993 to December 2018, contributing to operations in the Former Soviet Union, China, and Vietnam. Raj Vardhan's educational qualifications include an Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, an Executive Program at the Indian School of Business, and an MBA from Birla Institute of Technology, among others.
