Damien Perera serves as the Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at Auctane since May 2023. Prior to this role, Damien was Vice President at Alantra from July 2019 to August 2022, focusing on Industrials and Consumer M&A. From May 2016 to June 2019, Damien held the position of Vice President at Capstone Partners, specializing in M&A and Restructuring. Previously, Damien worked as an Investment Banking Associate at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, covering Industrials from July 2012 to April 2016, and as a Summer Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Houlihan Lokey in 2011. Damien's career began at Lockheed Martin as a Systems Engineer and Integrated Product Team Lead from August 2001 to December 2007, followed by a role as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton until June 2010. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business.
