Gar Yin Wong is an experienced professional in customer insights and research, currently serving as Customer Insights Lead at Auckland Transport since October 2020, following a tenure as Senior Customer Insights Specialist. Prior roles include Senior Consultant and Consultant at TRA from September 2011 to October 2020, as well as Account Manager and Research Executive at Research International between June 2008 and September 2011. Gar Yin Wong holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors in Marketing from The University of Auckland, completed in 2006, and a dual Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, Management, and Psychology from the same institution, earned in 2005.
