Toni Nealie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, governance, and community engagement within the early childhood education sector, currently serving as GM Strategy, Governance & Advocacy at Auckland Kindergarten Association since August 2020. Prior to this role, Toni worked at Acumen Republic as a Senior Account Director, managing diverse client accounts and navigating challenges. Additional roles include Editor at Newcity, Director at Imagine This, and Adjunct Faculty at Columbia College Chicago, where Toni has combined expertise in communication, writing, and teaching. An accomplished author and editor, Toni holds an M.F.A in Creative Non-fiction from Columbia College Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts from University of Otago.
