Alistair Forde's work experience includes being the Director of Occupational Health and Safety at Auckland City Hospital since February 2020. Prior to that, they were the HSW Manager at Enable Fibre Networks from November 2017 to August 2019. Alistair also worked as a Senior Consultant at Perfectday Consulting Ltd from July 2016 to November 2017 and as the Group HSW Manager at Tonkin + Taylor from February 2015 to July 2016. Alistair Forde's earlier experience includes being the Chief Support Services Officer at Whitton's from March 2011 to February 2015.

Alistair Forde completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Australian Institute of Business from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2009, they pursued a Diploma of Occupational Health and Safety in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician at Edith Cowan University.
