Hsieh Marlene possesses extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a PM at ÓÑß_¹âëŠ since February 2020, focusing on RFQ, customer communication, risk assessment, and problem resolution. Previously, Hsieh held the role of Research and Development Engineer at AUO since October 2016, specializing in new material development and process optimization for mass production. Hsieh's earlier experience includes positions at CHUNGHSI Chemistry as a Research and Development and Quality Control Engineer, where responsibilities included establishing GLP labs and conducting product analyses, and at EPISTAR in epitaxy, managing cost reduction projects and optimizing production processes. Hsieh holds a Master¡¯s degree in Chemistry from National Taiwan Normal University, obtained in 2010.
