Alan Harris has a diverse and extensive work experience in the legal field. Alan began their career as an Associate at Howrey LLP in September 1993 and worked there until December 1995. Alan then joined Bodman PLC in January 1997 as a Partner, where they worked for nearly two decades until March 2016. Currently, Alan holds the position of Vice President and General Counsel at Atwell, LLC, where they started working in April 2016 and continues to work presently.

Alan Harris completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Music, and Philosophy at Emory University from 1985 to 1989. In 1987-1988, they also studied Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Afterward, they pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at The George Washington University Law School from 1989 to 1992.
