Steve Ozonian is well known as a financial services vanguard, having commanded billions of dollars in revenue and tens of thousands of employees to achieve dominant market leadership. Mr. Ozonian is the President and CEO of Williston Financial Group (2015) (a Golden Gate Capital holding), where he is leveraging his innovative background in all facets of the real estate industry to digitally transform transactions.
Mr. Ozonian was part of Lending Tree’s launch as a public entity and became Chief Executive Officer of their wholly owned subsidiary, RealEstate.com (2010-2012). His other public company service includes realtor.com (Move Inc.) where he secured top positioning for this industry-changing Web portal as CEO (2000-2002). He was the national executive for residential at Bank of America (2003-2006), Chairman and CEO of Prudential’s residential and corporate services companies (1991-2000), and EVP of Coldwell Banker (1984-1991). His private company tenure includes CRO of Carrington Capital and Chairman and CEO of Global Mobility Solutions. Certified by the Securities and Exchange Commission as a financial expert for public company administration in 2008, Mr. Ozonian has extensive experience with the oversight of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, public company reporting, and corporate governance.
He has contributed his financial and operations leadership—as well as his expertise in using technological advances to generate customers and empower users—to numerous boards of directors. Mr. Ozonian serves as Lead Director of Lending Tree, Inc. and Chairman of its Audit and Compensation Committees, board member of Williston Financial Group, ATTOM Data Solutions and Inside Real Estate. Mr. Ozonian earned his MBA from Loyola University of Chicago and started his career at Chicago Title & Trust.
