Etnik Blakaj has over 10 years of experience in the tech industry. In 2009, they began working as an Account Manager and Deputy Managing Director at Entermedia, an advertising and communications agency. In 2015, they became the CEO & Founder of Zetta Tech, a technology company specializing in technology, strategy, development, and design in web & mobile. In 2016, they became a Partner & Co-founder of Specta Labs, a startup studio that creates companies. In 2017, they founded Atto, the simplest time and location tracking app for teams.

Etnik Blakaj attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.
