Frankie Guadagnino has over ten years of work experience. From 2009-2015, they were an Intern at 95.1 "The Fox" Radio Station for Clear Channel. From 2015-2016, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Assistant for Los Angeles Magazine. From 2016-2017, they were a Production Assistant for Bellum Entertainment. Since 2017, they have been a Senior Creative Producer at ATTN:, where they oversee assigned projects for their entire life cycle, research, script, direct, produce, and oversee creative production of sold concepts. They have experience working across short, mid, and longform content and are comfortable working across all video types. They lead creative sessions/brainstorms both internally and externally with clients, manage all internal and client facing communications from the creative standpoint, and act in a mentorship capacity to younger Creative Producers. They also have experience as a Creative Producer and Junior Creative Producer at ATTN:, and as a Creative Coordinator, where they managed projects and processes to help the Creative Team run smoothly.

Frankie Guadagnino obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Communications/Film & Production with a Graphic Design Minor from SUNY Brockport between 2010 and 2014.
