Salma Ayman serves as the Head of Human Resources at Vision Club ASU since August 2021, where strategic planning for HR activities, candidate selection criteria, and interview questionnaires were developed. Salma has conducted 460 interviews and managed the performance evaluation for 120 club members while providing HR training sessions. Additionally, Salma holds a position as a Human Resources Member at Tagaddod since February 2023 and has gained experience through internships at El Attal Holding, UK Media Solutions, and Banque du Caire. Salma completed education at Ain Shams University from 2019 to 2023, fostering a solid foundation in human resources and business practices.
