Kimberly McCoy is an accomplished legal professional with a strong background in litigation. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Senior Legal Counsel for Litigation at AT&T since September 2023, Kimberly previously held the position of Deputy General Counsel and Head of Litigation at Workrise from August 2021 to September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant United States Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice from September 2019 to August 2021 and as a Senior Associate specializing in complex commercial litigation at Vinson & Elkins, LLP from October 2011 to September 2019. Kimberly McCoy earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Arizona State University.
