With a career spanning over two decades at AT&T, Jwyanza has held various leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President of Operations, where responsibility included directing the Global Billing Resolution team, and Director of Consumer Privacy, focusing on compliance with data privacy legislation. Additionally, Jwyanza has experience in business transformation and program management, executing strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience and streamline business processes. Prior experience includes serving as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at General Motors. Jwyanza holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering from FAMU-FSU College of Engineering and Florida State University.
