Gene Mance Jr. serves as the Chief of Staff for AT&T Business's Enterprise Markets since February 2019, having previously held roles such as Senior Project Program Manager and Industry Solutions Consultant. At AT&T, Gene successfully managed employee engagement initiatives, significantly reducing attrition within the B2B Sales Development Program. As a Co-Founder of NVision Inspiration for Millennials, Gene developed a platform dedicated to the personal and leadership development of millennials. Additionally, Gene has represented North Carolina in discussions about millennial perspectives with global companies and gained experience through internships at Charles Aris Inc. and Reynolds American, focusing on marketing and executive search. Gene's academic background includes education from the Bryan School of Business and Economics at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
