Ashley D. Carr, MBA, has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Director of Construction and Engineering at AT&T since August 1999. Prior roles at AT&T include Regional Area Manager for Network Process & Quality and Area Manager for Construction & Engineering. Ashley also served on the Board of Directors for multiple utility protection services, including Georgia 811, Palmetto Utility Protection Service, and North Carolina 811, from 2018 to 2021.
