Arvind Narayanan is a Principal Inventive-Scientist at AT&T Labs, Inc., since October 2021, focusing on technical problem-solving. Previously, Arvind served as Lead Inventive-Scientist and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota from January 2013 to September 2021, engaging in research on networking, early literacy assessment, and clinical data management. Additional roles included teaching various graduate-level courses and internships at Cisco, Huawei Technologies, and Seagate Technology, where Arvind contributed to AI systems, network theories, and process automation, respectively. Arvind holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota, alongside a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering. Arvind also has extensive experience as a freelance web developer and technical consultant, with a strong foundation in software and web application development.
