Prior roles include positions as a Senior Fellow at Shingijutsu USA Corporation, Senior Lean Manager at Triumph Composite Systems, Business Process Improvement Leader at Triumph Group, and Manufacturing Operations Analyst at Boeing. Goodson's education comprises an Associate of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering Technologies from ITT Technical Institute and a certificate in Toyota Production System from Shingijutsu.
