Zaki Zada is an experienced Operation Engineer at ATSG since August 2021, specializing in the security and management of Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Remote Desktop Services (RDS), as well as the Citrix product ecosystem. Zada manages Microsoft Exchange, Azure, and Active Directory (Hybrid) systems, implementing Cisco Secure Endpoint solutions for enhanced security. Prior roles include Senior System Network Administrator, responsible for administering Citrix and vWorkspace environments, and Network Administrator at dinCloud, providing technical support for various devices and server applications. Zada began their career as a Network Engineer at Tarik Network Solution, focusing on diagnosing hardware and software issues. Zada holds a Master's degree in Cyber Security Operations & Leadership from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Greenwich.
