Uzair Ahmed has extensive experience in customer support and technical implementation within the telecommunications and IT industries. Currently serving as a Supervisor in Customer Support at dinCloud since October 2016, Uzair specializes in deploying and configuring tools such as Citrix Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Microsoft Active Directory, in addition to providing Level 3 support and active directory management. Previously, Uzair worked as a Customer Support Engineer at dinCloud Ovex Technologies, focusing on 24/7 production support and system administration for VMware ESXi and KVM hypervisors. Prior experience includes a role at Unified Communications, Inc. from July 2014 to September 2016, where Uzair was responsible for technical support and testing of value-added services for major telecommunications providers. Uzair holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Telecommunications Engineering from Air University, obtained between 2009 and 2013, and completed pre-engineering studies at Government Model Science College from 2007 to 2009.
