Todd Harms has extensive experience in traffic management and operations, having worked as a labourer, painter, sign maker, equipment operator, and supervisor. With their time at City of Saskatoon as the Operations Superintendent for over 30 years, Todd specialized in detour coordination and managing the Sign and Paint Shop. Currently, Todd is serving as the Branch Manager at ATS Traffic since August 2019.
