Alessandra Napoli is a seasoned veterinary professional with extensive experience in food safety and hygiene. Currently serving as Dirigente Veterinario at ATS Brianza since April 2023, Alessandra specializes in the hygiene of animal-derived food products. Previously, Alessandra held positions as a Food Safety Consultant at FSH Consulting Srl from December 2017 to April 2023 and at Giubilesi & Associati srl from February 2012 to November 2017. Alessandra also worked as an Auditor in the restaurant sector at FIT - ITALIA SRL for a brief period in 2012. Alessandra's educational background includes a degree in Veterinary Medicine from Università degli Studi di Milano, completed in 2011, and a specialization in Food Inspection from Università degli Studi di Parma, completed in 2022.
