Rebecca Glavin, MBA, MSW, LCSW, currently serves as the Coordinator of Physician Development at Atrium Health's Musculoskeletal Institute. Since January 2014, Rebecca has owned and operated Glavin Coaching & Counseling, providing coaching and counseling services. Previous roles include Middle School Counselor at Trinity Episcopal School and several positions in educational and therapeutic settings, including Lower School Social and Emotional Learning Coordinator and AP Psychology Teacher at Davidson Day School. Rebecca's experience spans various organizations, including Davidson College and OrthoCarolina, where professional development and leadership consulting were key focuses. Rebecca earned a Master's in Social Work from Boston University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middlebury College.
