Dennis Van den Abbeel is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in global support and product management. Currently employed at atrify GmbH since September 2015, Dennis holds the position of Senior Global Technical Support Engineer and previously served as a Technical Support Specialist - Second Level. Prior to atrify, Dennis worked as Head of Support & Quality Assurance and Head of Product Management at ableX GmbH from August 2020 to June 2021. Earlier roles include Technical Support Specialist at innovas GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed first to third level support and application maintenance, as well as providing technical consulting services at System AG, focusing on Sage Software applications. Dennis’ career began with an apprenticeship as an IT-System electronics engineer at Lke Computer GmbH, where foundational skills in customer consulting, system creation, hardware/software troubleshooting, and network setup were developed.
