Melissa Haller has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Melissa is currently working at AtriCure, Inc. where they hold the position of Director of Internal Communications & Engagement since March 2022. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Manager and Internal Communications Manager at the same company.

Before joining AtriCure, Inc., Melissa worked at TriHealth from 2009 to 2017, where they held various roles. Melissa started as a Web Editor and later became the Manager of Digital Marketing and Internal Communications. Their roles included leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing digital and social marketing strategies, managing budgets and campaigns, and collaborating with vendors.

Melissa also has experience working as a Writer and Editor on a freelance basis from 2003 to 2009. Prior to that, they worked at Towery Publishing as the Executive Editor for Internet and Print from 1997 to 2003, and at Richmond Times-Dispatch as an Assistant Metro Editor from 1995 to 1997.

Melissa Haller earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University. Melissa then went on to obtain a Master of Arts degree in Communication Informatics from Northern Kentucky University, completing their studies between 2012 and 2015.
