Hemant Arya is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment across various roles. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ATRIBS METSCON Group since June 2021, Hemant specializes in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level executive hires. Prior to this, Hemant held the position of Recruitment Lead at Mindaquest Business Solution, where responsibilities included building strong client relationships and overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process. Hemant also worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Siron Consulting Pvt Ltd, handling both IT and non-IT recruitments, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Aditi Consulting Pvt. Ltd., focusing on Gulf region placements and IT recruitment. Hemant holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi University, completed between 2011 and 2014.
