Claudia Niemann has extensive experience in human resources and consulting, currently serving as the HR Consultant Leader at Atreus GmbH since May 2006, where a team of nearly 50 professionals addresses complex management challenges, particularly in transformation and transition scenarios. Prior to this role, Claudia served as an HR Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles from July 1994 to April 2006. Claudia holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) degree in Business Administration from Fachhochschule München, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
