Mara Sulignano has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. Mara began their career in 2007 at Magnaghi Aeronautica SPA, where they worked in various roles including Composite Structures Stress Analyst, Landing Gear Design, Product Support - Technical Office and Production Planning Lead, and ILS & Program Manager. In 2012, they joined ENEXSE on behalf of ATR as a Techdesk Front Line - Hydraulic and Mechanical Systems. Since 2013, they have been working at ATR, starting as Airlines Engineering Support and progressing to Fleet Performance Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Fleet Technical Support.

Mara Sulignano obtained an Engineer's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. Mara studied at the university from 2002 to 2007.
