Bekir Tolga Tarhan is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the finance, defense, and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at ATP since January 2022, Bekir leads software solutions projects for key financial institutions in Turkey, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes through Agile methodologies. Prior to this role, Bekir held positions at the Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Defence and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, where significant contributions included managing multi-million-dollar IT initiatives and EU-funded projects. With a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Ankara University, Bekir possesses a strong background in both engineering and project management, driving efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction across various complex initiatives.
