Swati Yadav is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience in driving organizational transformation and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Atotech (an MKS Brand) since August 2022, Swati is a key member of the EMEAI Leadership Team, focusing on the acquisition and integration of specialty chemicals technology brands in India. Prior roles include CHRO at Docquity, where strategic HR initiatives contributed to significant revenue growth and successful organizational restructuring, and Vice President of Human Resources at Hilleman Laboratories and HFCL, where leadership in talent acquisition and management processes was pivotal.
