Throughout their career, Isaac has held roles such as Field Service Technician, Field Service Engineer, Mission Critical Engineer, VMWare Specialist Senior, IT Infrastructure Principal, and currently Cloud Principal. Isaac has expertise in Wintel/VMWare engineering, public cloud environments, converged and hyper-converged technologies, and providing technical support and advisory for clients.
