Pavel Vlasov is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Managing Director of Investment Banking Division at ATON since May 2023, Pavel also contributes to Making The World Better in a corporate finance capacity since July 2022. Previous roles include Vice President of Corporate Development at Bolt and Vice President of Corporate Development at Yandex, along with a tenure at AVITO.ru as Corporate Development Director where Pavel managed strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and partnerships. Pavel's career began at Sberbank, serving over a decade in several roles, concluding as the Senior Managing Director and Head of Group M&A. Earlier positions include a Product Marketing Manager at Alfa-Bank and Chief of Center of Innovative Banking Products and Strategic Marketing at Gazbank. Pavel holds an MBA in Retail Banking and Finance from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a Master's degree in Theory of Literature from Samara State University.
