Nataliya Lobanova is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in the IT sector. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at ATON since January 2024, Nataliya leads the technical vacancies stream for the independent investment group. Prior to this role, Nataliya was a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at P2P.org, focusing on tech recruitment for blockchain and software development roles. Other notable positions include Talent Acquisition Recruiter at Wargaming, where C++ developers and game designers were sought, and Senior IT Recruiter at Société Générale, responsible for hiring diverse IT roles and leading a graduate recruitment program. Nataliya holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and a Specialist Degree in International Relations from The Moscow City Government University of Management.
