Daniel Langevin is an experienced educator specializing in science and engineering. Currently serving as a High School Aerospace Engineering Teacher at Aurora Public Schools since July 2019, Daniel leads students towards careers in these fields through hands-on projects involving CODrones and VEX 5 Robots. Concurrently, Daniel teaches Physics with a focus on computational skills and academic writing while working with urban students. Daniel's teaching experience includes roles as an 8th Grade Physical Science Teacher at Hamilton Middle School and a Middle School Science Teacher in Denver Public Schools, covering topics such as life science, cell biology, and ecology. Prior to teaching, Daniel worked in various roles, including as a banquet server and ballroom dance instructor, and gained research experience as an organic chemist at Syracuse University and the National Institutes of Health. Daniel holds a Master's Degree in Secondary Science Education from the State University of New York College at Potsdam and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Syracuse University.
