Prior experience includes various roles at Polaris Inc. from November 2015 to April 2022, ranging from Regional Director of Distribution to Senior Distribution Manager and Distribution Manager. Smith's extensive background also includes a tenure at Cintas from June 2001 to November 2015, where responsibilities encompassed managing distribution centers and overseeing significant HR functions for over 250 personnel.
